Standard 4000 PSI (Additional strength available at added cost). D.O.T. Approved (In most states). Meets all requirements and qualifies as a CRSI Class 1 Bar Support.
Concrete dobies with wire are typically similar in size as the plain concrete dobies, with two wires protruding out of the top of the brick for tying to the rebar. These concrete spacers meet all the standard PSI specs and can optionally be ordered with additional strength.
Application:
On grade, metal decks, side-form spacers, pools.
Cover Height:
From 3/4″ to 4″
Features:
Furnished with two 16 gauge wires for secure attachment.
Built in grooves to create a cradle for the rebar to set in. This allows for many usable dimensions from one brick. For ex., the 3 x 4 x 3 inch combo has an outside dimension of 3 inches by 4 inches. With the two grooves this product will provide cover heights of 2 ½”, 3”, 3 ½”, and 4”.
Range in size from 2x2x3/4”, all the way up to 5” and 6” in dobies. They come with or without tie wire inserted in the concrete brick. As is the case for all our concrete spacers, we manufacture these in regular strength, 4000 psi mix design, or higher strength for custom jobs.
Uniquely supports two mats of reinforcement when used with 90 degree bend rebar dowel. Dowel hole made to accept #4 rebar. Depth of hole is 1/2″ from bottom. Ideally suited for heavy rebar mats on-grade.

Tilt chairs are available in sizes from ¾” to 6”. Chairs up to 3” feature a single cover height, while those over 3” offer two cover heights, saving you time and storage space.
The wide, stable base is engineered to support heavy loads and protect wood forms, making it ideal for architectural applications. Generous leg spacing allows for easy rebar tying, improved concrete flow, and better consolidation. Additionally, large, easy-to-read height markers ensure quick and accurate setup.
Screed chair supports lumber or pipe screeds for versatile applications. Use a 1" O.D. PVC pipe cut to length, then fine-tune the screed height with the durable, adjustable threaded ring. Available as a complete set (base, ring, and receiver) or base only, the base measures 4-3/4" diagonally and 1-1/4" high, while the receiver is 2-3/8" wide externally.
The ProTilt Chair ranges from ¾" to 3" in ¼" increments, with two cover heights per size to reduce storage needs. Its extra-wide footprint ensures stability, outperforming lighter alternatives, while added cradle support increases strength. The footprint design, inspired by slab bolster, makes it ideal for formwork, mud slabs, and tilt-slab applications.
Plastic rebar support high chairs range from 3” to 14” in height. Chairs from 3” to 12 ¼” feature two cover heights, while those above 12 ¼” have a single cover height. Designed for strength and stability, they can straddle lower rebar mats, support heavy loads, and protect wood forms. The innovative “Z” top ensures maximum strength, easy rebar tying, and optimal concrete flow, with large height markers for quick setup.

Space wheels, ranging in size from ¾” cover to 3” cover, are designed for ease of installation and a secure connection to reinforcing steel or mesh. Unique design allows for use of our space wheels on typical rebar sizes as well as #2 mesh setting us apart from the competition. Simply push the space wheel onto the reinforcing steel for a secure compression fit and in the case of #2 or #3 mesh or bar, lock the tabs in pace for a secure connection.
