A private, internal-use application of Vista Construction Supply for accessing the company's own QuickBooks Online accounting data.
On this page:
VCS QBO Connector is a private, internal-use application operated by Vista Construction Supply ("VCS") for the purpose of accessing and managing the company's own QuickBooks Online accounting data through the official QuickBooks Online API.
The application is not distributed to or made available to any third party. It is used exclusively by authorized VCS personnel to assist with internal finance, accounting, and reporting workflows for VCS's own books of record.
The application authenticates to QuickBooks Online using OAuth 2.0, reads and (where appropriate) writes accounting data on behalf of the connected VCS company file, and does not collect, store, or process any data from any individual or organization other than VCS itself.
For questions about this application, contact taleen [at] vistaconstructionsupply [dot] com.
VCS QBO Connector is an internal Vista Construction Supply application. Access is limited to authorized VCS personnel.
If you are an authorized user, the application is launched from your local workstation through the configured Model Context Protocol (MCP) client. Refer to your internal setup documentation for instructions, or contact taleen [at] vistaconstructionsupply [dot] com for assistance.
This page exists to satisfy the QuickBooks Online App Launch URL requirement for private apps. It is not a sign-up page and does not provide functionality to the general public.
Your VCS QBO Connector application has been disconnected from your QuickBooks Online company. Any OAuth refresh and access tokens held by the application have been revoked or invalidated locally and will no longer be used to access your QuickBooks Online data.
To confirm the disconnection on the QuickBooks Online side, you may also:
If you need to reconnect the application in the future, re-run the OAuth authorization flow from your local workstation.

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of the VCS QBO Connector software application ("Application") operated by Vista Construction Supply ("VCS," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Application, you ("User" or "you") agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. Scope and Eligibility. The Application is provided solely for the internal business use of VCS and its authorized personnel. The Application is not licensed, distributed, or made available to any third party. If you are not an authorized VCS user, you are not permitted to access or use the Application.
2. License Grant. VCS grants authorized users a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application solely for the purpose of accessing VCS's own QuickBooks Online data in connection with VCS's internal finance, accounting, and reporting operations. All other rights are reserved.
3. Acceptable Use. You agree not to: (a) use the Application to access any QuickBooks Online company other than the VCS company file(s) the Application is authorized to access; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from the Application except as permitted by applicable law; (c) use the Application in violation of Intuit's Developer Code of Conduct, the QuickBooks Online API Terms of Service, or any applicable law or regulation; or (d) use the Application to transmit malicious code or otherwise interfere with the operation of QuickBooks Online or related Intuit services.
4. Authentication and Tokens. The Application uses OAuth 2.0 to authenticate to QuickBooks Online. You are responsible for protecting any client credentials, refresh tokens, and access tokens stored on systems under your control. You agree to revoke tokens promptly if a workstation is lost, decommissioned, or compromised.
5. Intuit and QuickBooks Online. The Application is an unaffiliated client of the QuickBooks Online API. Intuit Inc. is not a party to this Agreement. Your underlying use of QuickBooks Online remains governed by your agreement with Intuit. VCS is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or behavior of the QuickBooks Online service itself.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties. The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. VCS does not warrant that the Application will be error-free or uninterrupted.
7. Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VCS's total cumulative liability arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Application shall not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100). This Privacy Policy describes how Vista Construction Supply ("VCS," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the VCS QBO Connector application ("Application").
1. Scope. The Application is a private, internal-use tool operated by VCS to access VCS's own QuickBooks Online accounting data. The Application is not offered to the general public, does not have external end users, and does not collect personal data from anyone other than authorized VCS personnel who operate it.
2. Information We Access. When an authorized VCS user operates the Application, the Application may access the following categories of data from the connected VCS QuickBooks Online company: accounting records, including accounts, journal entries, invoices, bills, bill payments, estimates, and purchases; customer and vendor records, including names, contact information, and transaction history; employee records that are stored in QuickBooks Online for accounting purposes; item, account, and chart-of-accounts metadata; and other data exposed through the QuickBooks Online API and authorized at the time of OAuth connection. All such data belongs to VCS. The Application does not access QuickBooks Online data of any other company.
3. How We Use Information. Data accessed through the Application is used solely for VCS's internal finance, accounting, and reporting operations. We do not sell, rent, or share this data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
4. Storage and Retention. The Application is operated from authorized VCS workstations. The Application does not maintain a long-term database of QuickBooks Online data. Data retrieved from the QuickBooks Online API is held in memory for the duration of a user session and discarded thereafter, except where temporarily cached for performance. OAuth client credentials and refresh tokens are stored locally on the authorized workstation in a configuration file readable only by the operating user.
5. Third Parties. The Application may transmit prompts and retrieved data to an AI service provider (for example, Anthropic's Claude) for the purpose of natural-language interpretation and response generation requested by the authorized user. Use of such providers is governed by their respective enterprise terms and privacy policies, which prohibit using customer data to train their models. No other third parties receive data from the Application. The Application connects to Intuit Inc.'s QuickBooks Online service to perform its function. Use of QuickBooks Online is governed by Intuit's own privacy policy, available at https://www.intuit.com/privacy/.
6. Security. We protect data accessed through the Application using industry-standard measures, including: transport-layer encryption (HTTPS / TLS) for all communication with QuickBooks Online; OAuth 2.0 for authorization, with refresh-token rotation as required by Intuit; restriction of access to authorized VCS personnel; and local-only storage of credentials and tokens. No security measure is perfect. In the event of a security incident affecting the Application, VCS will respond in accordance with applicable law and its internal incident response procedures.
7. Your Rights. Because the Application does not collect personal data from external end users, most consumer privacy rights (such as access, deletion, or portability requests under GDPR or CCPA) are not applicable. Authorized VCS personnel may request information about how their own use of the Application is logged by contacting taleen [at] vistaconstructionsupply [dot] com.
8. Changes to This Policy. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above will reflect the most recent revision.
9. Contact. Questions about this Privacy Policy may be directed to taleen [at] vistaconstructionsupply [dot] com.
